Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Movedcompany Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
